7. Retargeting

With consent, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be used for reach measurement and conversion tracking. Data is processed by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. A cookie may be placed to enable re-contact through the LinkedIn network. Purpose: Serving ads based on previous website visits. 8. Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. In addition, we use infrastructure services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the technical delivery of contact form submissions.

In both cases, this may involve transfers of personal data to countries outside the EU, in particular the United States. Data is processed strictly on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

9. Forms and Downloads

A contact form is available on the website through which inquiries can be submitted directly to us. The data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message) will be processed to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient B2B communication).

Downloads (e.g. whitepapers or checklists) are available without providing personal data. Registrations for the trial version take place exclusively within the platform and are not part of this website.
