Service Report

- To do this, first navigate to the “Service Reports” section in the left-hand menu.
- Then select the plus icon at the top right to create a new service report.
- If you’ve already created service reports, Quick Access makes it even easier.
- Hover over the plus icon in your browser.
- On your mobile device, press and hold the plus symbol.
- You’ll then see a list of your most recent service reports.
- The service period is determined automatically.
- Adjust the period if needed.
- Use the preview to review the services you and your team provided during this time.
- You can also correct individual entries right here.
- Just make your changes – and you’re done.
- Then return to your service report.
- Adjust the date and due date if needed.
- Then scroll down to the details.
- Select a different recipient if necessary, and choose whether you want to sign the service report.
- Use the preview to review your document.

- You can save the service report and continue working on it later, or select the envelope icon to send it directly to your client.
- The client receives an email with the service report attached, along with a link to the Touchpoint where they can confirm the service digitally.
Congratulations – you’ve just sent your first service report.
Invoicing

- To do this, first navigate to the “Invoices” section in the left-hand menu.
- Then select the plus icon at the top right to create a new invoice.
- If you’ve already created invoices before, Quick Access makes it even easier.
- Hover over the plus icon in your browser.
- On your mobile device, press and hold the plus symbol.
- If you want to create your invoice based on an approved service report, go to the “Service Reports” section in the left-hand menu.
- Then open the service report from which you want to generate the invoice.
- Scroll all the way down.
- Select the “Create Invoice” option.
- Use the preview to review the services you and your team provided during that time.
- Return to your invoice.
- Adjust the date and due date if needed.
- Then scroll down to the details.
- Select a different recipient if necessary. If you’ve agreed on special terms with your client, you can enter them here.
- If you’re using Blitzy in a European country, the current valid VAT rate is applied automatically.
- Decide whether you want to sign your invoice.
- Use the preview to check your document.

- You can save the invoice and continue working on it later, or select the envelope to send it directly to your client.
- The client receives an email with the invoice attached and a link to the Touchpoint.
Congratulations – you’ve just sent your first invoice.
