Scope
This website and the services promoted thereon are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Use by consumers is excluded.
Hosting
The website is hosted via Vercel provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technical access data including IP address, requested URL, time of access, and browser and device information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Provider's legitimate interest lies in the technical provision of the website. The transfer of data to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Consent Management and Cookies
The website uses a consent management tool exclusively to manage consent for optional marketing services and stores the respective decision. Essential functionality does not require consent. Marketing services are activated exclusively following consent. The audience measurement with Plausible described below is not subject to this consent.
Essential
Essential website functionality requires no consent. This includes storing the consent decision in the consent management tool and any other functions necessary for the basic provision of the website. These functions cannot be disabled.
Marketing
Currently, no marketing services are used. The marketing category is prepared in the consent management tool for future use. Before activating a marketing service, this privacy policy will be updated. The respective service will only be activated after consent has been given.
Usage Analytics
For statistical analysis and improvement of the website, the Provider uses Plausible Analytics provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Abstract page views, referral sources, and selected interactions are recorded. Plausible does not use cookies or comparable persistent identifiers. IP addresses are not stored. The analysis is performed in aggregated form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Provider's legitimate interest lies in the audience measurement and optimization of the website. Processing and storage take place within the European Union.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the following rights against the Provider, subject to the applicable legal requirements in each case.
