- Scroll down to the end of the service overview.
- Select Create offer.
- Set the date and the validity of the offer.
- Scroll down to the details.
- Add a personal message.
- Add a closing remark, for example for special conditions or a greeting.
- Choose whether to sign your offer with your signature.
- Use the preview to check your document.
- Set up logo, company data, and signature in a separate tutorial.
- Return to your data record.
- Save the offer or select the envelope to send it directly to your customer.
- The customer receives an email with the offer attached and a link to the Touchpoint where the offer can be confirmed digitally.
